About Laura (she/her)
Laura Mandeville is a registered migration agent, born in Brisbane, Australia.
Her Canadian father met her Australian mother while visiting the Great Barrier Reef.
Laura met her husband in Mexico and later sponsored him to come to Australia on a subclass 820 partner visa. He is now an Australian citizen. Laura speaks Spanish.
With extensive experience in preparing various types of visas, Laura particularly enjoys handling more challenging visa applications, such as health waivers. She is also skilled in representing clients at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) after their visas have been refused. Additionally, Laura has been involved in applications to several Federal Courts of Australia as well as the High Court of Australia.
Laura trained in migration law under the guidance of migration specialist and barrister, Lorenzo Boccabella.
In her free time, Laura enjoys listening to audiobooks, gardening, and spending time with her children. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (honours) and a Bachelor of Political Science (majoring in Peace and Conflict Studies, and International Relations).
Laura is dedicated to helping migrants navigate the complexities of Australian immigration law, providing personalized and effective support every step of the way.
